I'm a line cook dropout who still won't stop talking about eating and cooking. For most of my adult life, I worked in fine dining, catering operations, fast food, and farm kitchens.
Nowadays, my day job is working as a communications professional, largely in the restaurant industry. Although I love what I do, I still spend my free time looking at the world and thinking about food.
I write to explore the connections that happen when people come together around a meal, as well as my own experiences in the restaurant industry. I'm currently working on some long-form projects for 2019, but check out the clips below for a sample of previous work.
